Order Cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.

Returns

Due to the nature of supplement products, opened, used, damaged, or tampered products are generally not eligible for return. Unopened items may be reviewed for return eligibility when permitted by law and policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Restricted or Cancelled Orders

Orders that cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions, destination issues, or compliance review may be cancelled and refunded where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by a confirmed BlendOHMZ fulfillment error.
